Overview
Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who work with Lifetime CarePros enjoy flexible scheduling, strong work‑life balance, and the unique rewards of community‑based care. We are seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) who are passionate about making a positive difference in their patients’ lives.
This is initially a Contract position with potential to turn into a Full-Time postion based in Mississauga, Ontario, within our Visiting PSW Program, providing care directly in the patient’s home.

What The Role Involves
- Following and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services
- Working with patients to provide exceptional personal support services
- Providing services one-on-one with patients in a home setting
- Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
- Performing other PSW duties as required
What You Bring
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certification with degree or diploma
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
